- Once a consultation is delivered via phone call, WhatsApp, PDF, or audio, no refund will be issued.
- If payment is made but no response is received within 24 hours, a full refund may be requested.
- In case of duplicate payments or technical issues, refunds will be processed after verification.
Online Courses & Coaching
Our astrology courses and coaching programs offer limited seats and personalized learning support.
- Once access to course materials (live or recorded) is granted, no refund is applicable.
- Before the course starts, students may request to shift to a future batch in case of genuine emergencies (subject to approval).
- Courses offering lifetime access are strictly non-returnable.
Digital Products
Digital products such as PDFs, downloads, or future learning materials are non-refundable once delivered.
- If you face technical issues accessing a product, contact us within 3 days of purchase.
